There are three weeks until the “Not Normal” fat loss competition is done.  If the first few weeks haven’t gone as well for ya as you would like, don’t give up.  You can drop quite a few pounds of fat in 21 days!  A big congrats to those of you that have dumped the “extra” you didn’t need.  Keep it up and let’s see what those abs look like.

    I want to thank Matt for hooking us up with Hilltop Grass Fed Farms, I picked up my 25 lbs. yesterday and it couldn’t have been easier. ALASTAR was an incredible experience on Saturday, big thanks to everyone who made that possible.
