After everyone else went home, Zach and Tony went for overhead maxs.  Tony got his 300lbs goal and Zach, on his first time attempting a max overhead, got 265lbs with ease.  So, did I mention Zach is only 18 yrs old and has never trained the oly lifts? 

Friday’s WOD is "FRAN"…   so take it easy or even take a rest day today.  If you’ve never done "Fran", check it out under "The Exercises" link on the left.  Then click on the "Girls" WODs.  You’ll find numerous video demos of it there.  Fran is one of the most famous and one of the foundation CrossFit WODs.

WOD:  Row 3,200 meters or run 2 miles at a light pace.
