    Clair look at yesterday's post about the run. And Brian for reverse Wall ball you have your back facing the wall and throw the ball backwards hitting the ball against the wall then when it comes back down touch the ball to the ground. Does this help?

    what is the difference between a wall ball shot and reverse wall ball shot. I looked but could not find a video showing me how to perform it.

    Just registered. There are still slots.
    Sunday fun is on! We had five last week on Sunday 2pm @ Wrightsville beach park. Let's invert last week's drill as follows: 10x100s (1per minute), rest 5 mins then run loop for time. There are bars at the park for anyone wanting to work on cals, but I am still going light. Laura: Tracy, Jill and I spun after too. C'mon!
