WOD: For time…
4 sumo deadlift high pull (135lbs-m / 85lbs-f)

From yesterday: BS/305(PR, and the last PR was 275), SP/155 still working on this one, DL/425 (PR, the last was 415). Thank you Josh and Dan for the push!
Yesterday–BS/295(PR up from 275) 295 went up easy and I went to 315 and got stuck. To much of a jump. SP/165 need to work on. DL/425(PR up from 395) Total 885 I got some work to do to reach over 1000. Good Day. Thanks Adam and Aaron for the help. Did Sat work out afterwards. time 6:08

Timed a half mile swim 2 weeks ago at 16:17. This morning 14:43! Watch out Half Ironman….here I come!!
Yesterday – 235/120/305=660. T-that is up from 495 in July. Gotta work on the upper body. It was great to see everyone pushing, encouraging and celebrating everyone else's numbers. Thanks guys.
355/205/500 = 1060. I can squat more but my hip still isn't 100% yet. The press, however, was a PR.
T, you would have loved it last night… the gym was packed and everyone was pushing hard & pulling some big numbers.
I had a good night with 3 PRs. Since CF Total 8/4/08… my body weight has gone down 20lbs & my lift total has gone up 70lbs from 505 to 575. BS 215(+20lbs)/SP 95(+10lbs)/DL 265(+40lbs). Who knew less junk in the trunk could make such a difference?!

295/145/365 = 805. PR's on all of them and some nice scratches on my back from ditching 315!
great job Crossfit women – Lia what a great start. Tracy – I need swim lessons before the triathlon series will you help?? Meredith- I am so impressed, those numbers are incredible…Me I got a PR of 205 on the BS right before I strained my neck ducking under the bar. Now I am walking around like a robot feeling sorry for myself. Actually I'm a bit better today and hope to be back next week –
