CrossFit Athletes come in every shape, size, age, gender and fitness level.  Anyone can do our workouts! 

WOD:  as many rounds as you can in 30 minutes of…

  • 5 Squat Thruster (m – 65lbs / f – 45lbs)
  • 5 box jumps (20" box)
  • 2 turkish get ups, 1 left / 1 right  (m – 45lb db / f – 35lb db) 

 One week from tomorrow, on March 8th we’ll hold our first "fun" power lifting competition.  It is $10.00 to enter and winner takes all. 

It’s a completely raw event…  no straps, belts, shirts, suits or wraps. The lifts are the squat, bench and deadlift.  They’re scored using the American Powerlifting Federations rules.  It’s a best lifter competition…   in other words your bodyweight is taken into account.  So a lighter athlete stands as good, if not better, chance to win!!  So ladies…  don’t be scared to enter.  And to all you muscle heads…   come find out how strong you really are. 

Anyone can enter…  you don’t have to be a member of CF Wilmington or even a Crossfitter.
