I tried the paleo pizza (minus the cheese) from marksdailyapple.com. Almond meal + eggs for the crust, topped with tomato sause and a bunch of veggies. OF COURSE I took pictures ya'll! http://www.facebook.com/#!/photo.php?pid=31233230&id=73200018&fbid=528874185463 I will say, it's actually better as a chilled pizza. And yes, this means I went back to the fridge later and had more. JEN – what you got?! Abs – I'm definitely in. May bunk with a friend to save some mulla though… depending. Let me know final costs.

So I have yet to take a paleo class and I dont know much about it. I have done some online reading, and listened to everyone at CFW talk about all the benefits. So last night I pan seared some tuna in grapeseed oil. Along with zucchini, spinach, and grape tomatoes (I hear tomatoes are questionable in paleo but i'll never give em up!!). Water to drink and a piece of celery w/ some almond butter on it for "desert". I hope im on the right track! Now just waiting for T to have another class 🙂

Around my waist I have lost 1.5inches, bootay 1.5 and thighs 1inch. Last nights dinner a salad, sauteed the Shrimp with a sauce made up of olive oil, garlic, onion, olive tapenade, diced tomatoes, and capers all put together and let the sauce thicken in the pan and pour over the shrimp, almonds and as a treat little piece of frozen banana with dark chocolate! There are a few of us that are going to be setting up camp at a KOA camp ground about 4 1/2 miles away from the sectional competition. A lot cheaper than a hotel room since the tickets are so expensive. If anyone would like to join us they are more than welcome.

  24. Jen S. says:

Okay Miss Noelle, I got called out by my Husband and Son to have dinner with them at Red Robin so I had to be creative. I ended up with a salad with marinated grilled chicken, red onion, red and green diced peppers and some shredded cheese (I tried not to eat it all)…told them to hold the tortilla strips and breading on the jalapenos and got blue cheese dressing for the side of which I used about 2 tablespoons. It was deliscious but a bit of a cheat. But for the past 4 days I've been eating Tuna and chicken salad for like every meal…an occasional spinach leaf also just to throw in some greens but been pretty darn good lately. Looks like you all are doing well also! Good job everyone! Can't wait to do this wod tonight…looks brutal just like we like 'em (o:

  25. Jen S. says:

Oh yeah…I added avocado to that salad too…they put like 3 tiny slices that probably cost and extra $5 haha

  26. Jen S. says:

Wait a minute!! Did the wod get switched? I thought it was one of those burpees every minute on the minute with different lifts?
