    row 2000=7min or so…..run 2000=around 8min. Bike 2000 meter around 4 mins. SWIM 2000 = around 40MINS. I will be at the pool at 2 today. anyone else besides my girl Coleen going to swim!!! if not you might want to double or triple up those distances!! ha HA…… Wish i could run and overhead squat right now.

    haha! at least JP was going HARD! Don, your quote from yesterday was powerful and beautiful. We love you and your family, and by extension, Jody and his. Team, we're doing a daily campaign video blog and today's episode (day 6) took place at the Saturday fundraiser. I don't want to spam the site, but for those of you who missed the day, it captures a small small sliver that was the love and support for Jody and John's family.
