Bench Press:  Body Weight, 4 sets max reps with 2 minutes between sets.

2 rounds for time of:

  • 30 wall ball shots (20-m / 14-f)
  • 60 Flutter  kicks
  • 10 pull ups
  • 30 push press (65-m / 45 -f)
  • Row 500 meters
  • 40 sit ups
  • 40 back ext
  • 50 jump rope spins 
  • 10 get down / get ups
  • 100 meter Sprint
