Rowing Clinic this Saturday
Kyleanne Hunter, champion rower and accomplished endurance athlete (full bio on Sunday’s post) is kindly giving a rowing clinic this Saturday, 21 Feb from 11am – 1pm at CFW. It’s no cost, and the benefits will be great. Come join us.
Because the Rowing clinic is being held during our regular hours on Saturday, we’re opening the gym for the WOD from 1pm-2pm.
Gene deadlifting 225lbs for reps.

I have been improving every week and at this rate I will be in the best shape of my life for my 40th B-day in Oct. Thats the best gift I could ever hope for. I have learned alot about what to eat, proper form, footwear, and how to train; so I wanted to thank you and everybody else at Crossfit for their commitment to excellence.
