    To all who are going to the Qualifier.. We are doing a group workout this Sat.@10 am. Please try to make it so everyone can meet each other.. So of you haven't meet everyone whos going.

    Runners: 2pm Sunday at Wrightsville Beach Parking lot for all interested parties. We will then head over to the dip bars by the gazebo (on the loop) to start the warm-up and drills.

    Yes I saw the office and it is cool! 4:42 WoD with a scaled PS of 105 lb which is 70% of my max. Then a mile run 7:20 for good measure…wow I need to run MORE!. Thanks Adam and Jeremy for the push! Jeremy, what made you join us "conformers" in the WoD today?
