WOD: For Time
With a 2 person team, complete the total number of reps of splitting up the reps between teammates as needed. Both athletes can’t perform work at the same time. Complete each exercise before starting the next.
- Run 800 m (as a team)
- 100 jumping pull ups
- 40 Deadlifts (F-135/ M-225)
- 60 box Jumps
- 50 Push Press (F-65/M-95)
- 10 Tire Flips
- 60 Kettlebell Swings (F-16kg/ M-24)
- 40 Burpees
- 80 wall balls (F-16/ M-20)
- 400 m run (as a team)

Great WOD! Nice weather and lots of fun. It was also the earliest I have gotten myself into CF! Its still hours from you crazies that get there at 6 am…but maybe one day 🙂

Hey everyone great job today.. Team WODS are to bring us closer and to make us think on how to tackle them. So next time we do 1 try to mix it up and grab someone you don't know or have never been a teammate of. It's not about the top time but the push we give each other to keep on going. It's kinda like the service NEVER LEAVE A MAN BEHIND!! It's a team that starts and team that finishs
