Its that time of the year again! We are ready to kick off our 2015 Body Transformation Challenge!

Initial Body Fat Testing/Before Photos – February 18-21st
Final Body Fat Testing/Before Photos – April 1-4

If you would like your body fat measured in between the initial and final measurements, we are offering additional measurements for $10 each.  We will also be offering one-on-one consultations to discuss your individual food intake and show you how to “calculate your numbers”. These consultations will be offered for $20.  Please email us to schedule additional measurements and  consultations.

To kickoff the challenge, a FREE Nutrition Class will be offered February 25th at 6:30pm.

Sign-up sheets for the initial measurement will be placed in the lobby.

Final measurements will be taken Saturday, April 4th and the winner will be announced Monday, April 6th.
