8 sandbag cleans (80lbs – m / 50lbs – f)
50 meters farmers carry (70lbs db – m / 45lbs DBs – f)  Don’t drop the DBs!!
10 push press (115lbs – m / 75lbs – f)

    I’m always heard and never seen.. lol. But I’m always there when when you think you can let up… lol. Congrats Dan! I remember the day you walked in the door and I started your intro, and said go run 400m.. and that we were still doing the warm up.. lol. And now look at you. Way to push on and push hard. For those of you who did yesterdays WOD, “ALL” 60+ of you, great job! I’m going to tackle it at 2pm today. We got too busy for me to do it yesterday. But don’t worry I’ll do todays too. And Kate I’m super sorry the 1st time you “Pukied” you don’t know your time.. To many people moving about and tring to talk. Once again sorry. I’ll Tharsh myself extra for that..
    And Family if 1 of the “Instructors” Stops you during a WOD it’s because we feel you need too.. Safety is more important than finishing, i.e. Form sucks super bad, or we just think your done, Yes we are there to push you on but to also make sure OUR FAMILY is ok and can live on for another Fight.. So don’t beat yourselfs up about it..

    Darren, was that really you saying that crossfit instructors may 'stop'you if they feel your done?! I was begging you to let me stop! Stick a fork in me…I'm done! Seriously, thank you for your pushing yesterday, as usual, it so helps hearing those friendly voices as you are about to lose it!

    To whoever Darren ….or and "instructer" had to stop…MY HAT IS OFF TO YOU! If you were pushing it that hard, that means you are serious about getting results and attaining MORE! Just be careful….nice job guys!

    Darren – i was so mad last night that i didn't know my exact time, but Grace had kept her own time so thinking about when she started vs. when i did and when i stopped etc I think i got about 36 minutes…not bad for my first pukie and first filthy fifty!!

    Ha, yeah, yesterday i must have been looking all shades of green, white, blue…who knows. Thanks Darren for keeping an eye on me & continuing to check on me even when i tried to convince you i was ok to keep going… thanks for making me stop even though i wasn't too happy about it at the time… it IS nice that i am alive today to "live on for another fight." You too Clair…I believe i was sprawled across the back extension machine when you stopped mid wod to make sure i was breathing–and yet, you still finished with one of the top times for the day! And to The O- thanks for the push- even though it wasn't the best timing 😉 There's no doubt CFW pushes us hard to succeed- but it's great to know my family is looking out for me even when i forget to look out for myself. Thanks family. p.s. Who is this Aaron person and what happened to Sensei?

    Eeek, the games! All wussing- out aside, I do have a wedding that weekend already booked. There would be nothing cooler, than to represent CF Wilmington. Our peeps are totally going to tare it up!!

    I could have used some voices in my ear today doing yesterdays WOD.. BUT I just tired to make myself crazy by hearing Taylor, Kate, and a few others screaming at me in my head.. lol Thanks to Juju for the push.. I was crushing it and then hit a 24' thick wall and 19-30 monkeys jumped on my back.. so i had to fight them off and fight on.. 32:00 blah,

    Aw man, I wish I could have been there today to 'help' you get through that WOD. I would have either knocked 1 min. off your time, verbaly supporting you…or you would have knocked me out to shut me up 🙂

    darren, jules, dawn, josh..also..ALL of the CFW family..thanks to everyone for pushing. there have been many a WOD where my body and mind want to give in but its thanks to everyone there pushing each one of us to be the best we can be that puts that extra little bit of drive in there when we are struggling to find it on our own. i love the support we all give each other. special thanks to don o. today for pushing me through the WOD and congrats to you too man on crankin that one out for yourself!
