Hello Tony and the entire CFW crew.

Thanks for such a warm welcome and for hosting such a fun event. After my performance on the Metcon wod I know what my Monday workout will be; 100 SDHP's for time at 115lbs. Congrats on the new space and and doing a great thing for Mr. Velandra and McPherson's loved ones.

I have been gone for sometime now. I came today for a couple reasons. 1. I had to see the new box! (which rocks!) 2. I needed my heart ripped from my chest, lungs blown out and my ego checked! The best part was meeting everyone who I had not seen in sometime and who embraced me as I had never left. Its a great feeling! Thanks CFW!

Congrats guys! $8,000 is unbelievable. What a job well done… You guys showed the community just what the xfit wilmington family is all about. I'm honored to be a part of it!

Tony, Julie, CFW Crew, and all of the Volunteers: What you did for these two families can not be applauded well enough with words. I was blown away by the events of today! I know these 2 families will forever remember this day and each of you. You deserve a ton of praise! Congrats on the success of today and your continued and deserved successes in life!

Thank you so much for the kind words Chris… and everyone else. Personally, I set this thing in motion to help a friend of a dear friend. I also thought that if something ever happened to me, it would be cool if someone that had the means did something like this for me. So… I then induced a major amount of stress on Julie, Josh, and the crew. As you all witnessed today, stressors they met head and with enthusiasm! If not for them, and the small army of volunteers, this event could not have been so successful. Successful it was. Again, thank you CFW, WPD, WFD, NHSD, our local business sponsors, all of Wilmington and New Hanover County. All I can say is, WOW!
