    Its too bad they don't show JD, Daniel and Jeremy in this picture. Before I started this I was going to scale the DL's. Before I started I was convinced I could do it by others at the gym; 315 is only 80lbs or so off my max, and I thought for sure midway through the set of 9 I would have to drop the weight down. Luckily the voices yelling at me in the gym were louder than the ones in my head. Thanks for the constant push guys!

    Looking Good Drew! So, after a week of having a cold and traveling, I finally make it back to the gym with equal parts anxiety and anticipation. Nearly cough up a lung during the WOD but survive. As I get out of bed this morning, I notice my back is sore. Take my first steps and, check, the quads are stiff. Reach for that cup of coffe and, yep, shoulders are sore. Everything is back to normal in the life of this crossfitter!
