    I am posting a CHALLENGE to all of you. CFW if you want more you have to do more! Todays Weight is light enough that you should not get sucked into the board for time. But instead take this WOD as a chance to really push yourself and do FULL LIFTS! What a better way to work on form than doing 100 full lifts for time! It is your choice and this is just my take on it. But try it what are you scared of…theres nothing but air and oportunity….and there went the AIR… Have a great day!!!!

    SO I just put a post up on costal’s site. Apparently they have to approve comments before they are put up in the post section. Funny. Now we wait and see if “they” allow it or not. SO if you are bored check it out.
