Sorry for the late post… I saw some amazing things yesterday. Ilario, my hat's off to you Brother. I'm glad I was there. And it wasn't just that IP did the race… I watched Jill, nervous with anticipation and worry, light up with pride and joy when we recieved the text from Clair/Daniel that Ilario was "One mile out". She was shining when he rounded the corner and we had eyes on the guy! Then the crew (what actually resembled more of an overwatch detail b/c it included five or six jacked/200lb CFW guys) baby and pamper Ilario by retrieving his bike, recovery bag, and even helping him dress into dry clothes. Again, honored to be there.
OK. ok. is IP superman or Iron man.. can't be both super heros.. lol Bro super proud of you and wished i could have been there..
GREAT JOB IP!!!
It is in times like these that the famil that has been built at the gym becomes more special that the fitness acquired. I wish i could have been there, but thanks to everyone who supported our brother IP. And if you have not already gone to http://www.standwithintelligence.com and signed up to stand with Ilario and his gang please do so, everyone counts.

him, but because he loves what is behind him. " -G. K. Chesterton. We are all in this together.
Great job! Truely inspiring! Glad to have been there.
IP, I so wish I could've been there to cheer you on…but please know you were in my thoughts. I knew you would finish strong! So very proud of you!! Hope to see you soon…In your words "2010 Baby"!! ;op
Where do I begin! CFW Family to go with the theme from Friday night…You Take My Breath Away!!! For those that made it out Friday to celebrate 20 with me thank you. I tired to make sure that I had face time with everyone there, if I did not not my fault, I am on hydrocodone and Abby never let my mugg get empty (thank you)! But thank you for all that came, thank you for my plaque and k-bar, next time bring something to sacrifice ha (Taylor thanks for the support on that)! It was an amazing nite for me some many new and old friends present! Too many texts to respond too. Thank you all so very much!
DC happy Birthday stay safe sucka!
Now on to Saturday. If you still have not figured it out CFW is a force to reckon with. Threw out the day we were all texting, emailing and calling trying to find out how Colleen did and where the hell was Waldo, I mean IP! JJ and I drove around for 2hours and couldn't find him. Maybe because we thought he had on a white helmet and a white bike and a USA shirt. Turns out he had a red helmet a black bike and was in all black, so i guess we were WAY OFF!!! But I made it back for the finish. I know more of us wanted to be there. I have to say Jill you rock, to support Tony, standing with you talking and looking at you face, it was almost like a kid on Christmas morning! You are an amazing woman and IP is so blessed! Mere called me with the 1 mile warning I told Jill and she was actually more composed than the rest of us! When IP came around the corner and finished it was like no one else was there. Funny thing is that right away was was thanking all of us for being there! not get me a water or a beer but thank you. Then he says LOUD, " Hey everyone one of you can do this". He just finished 140 miles in 13 hours and 36 min, and still he was putting others first. Ip you are my IDOL! What an amazing weekend! Even at dinner IP was more concerned with those that were there than himself. Family, teamwork, loyalty, and love. IP MB thank you! TO CFW thank you! Have a great DAY!!!
Congrats Ilario!!What an amazing accomplishment and I am so glad to have celebrated with you! When we were picking up your bike at the end of the race, one of my fellow YMCA buds asked me, "what's with the possy?" I told him, "we are from CrossFit Wilmington, we are kinda like a family." He smiled.
Ilario,Congrats,my friend. You truely amaze me. I so wish we could have been there at the finish line. Please know that Dan and I were thinking of you the whole day. 2010 baby!
Ilario, you are a beast. That is all.
Congratulations Illario – that is an incredible achievement!! It would take a heap of OMS to get through that one.
So happy you did well IP. I was thinking about you and multiple others all day while in Charlotte. Can't wait to hear the report… you are truly an inspiration.
