Congrats to Brad, Randy, Ilario, and Tom W. on completing the Oly Lifting Course. All experienced drastic improvements in technique and increased thier Snatch by over 30% and Clean and Jerk by 50%.
I’d like to commend Dawn "Yeah, you’ve heard of her" Hutchison on a great job as lead instructor for the Oly Program. Everyone knows Dawn is an excellent lifter, but she’s developed an keen eye for seeing and correcting the lifts and their skill transfer exercises. If you want to improve your fitness in 2010, give it a jumpstart and take our Oly Course.
