Great job today crew! The 1st "Turkey Loop Run" was a success. The concensus was that this could be our annual Saturday after Turkey Day WOD? Thanks RNG for comming out, supporting the teams and taking about 200 pic's!!

What a great WOD today! If you couldn't come, it was too much fun to miss next year. Thanks to Josh and Dawn for setting it up and Ronnie for technical support. There has to be a strategy but I am still not sure what it is. Other than get a big strong, fast guy on your team! Rachel, Julie and Marc – thanks!

Josh and Dawn that was really fun. Thank you for making this wonderful holiday weekend that much better. I second the Chorus: This needs to become a tradition! Its always so great to hang with you all. Pulling up and seeing all these athletes revving their engines…So blessed. So blessed. RNG, I know it was so hard for you not to just ignore the docs and jump in… But your patience and discipline are as commendable as your generosity! 2010 Baby!

What an awesome day! Thank you all for the shout outs! The IPHONE came through again! Only cause I forgot the battery to my camera at home ha!!! I cant wait to get back and kill it with you all! You all did a great job today! The Kids who were Hanging Tough (NKOB) it was cool to see them all finish. Deb great job corralling the kids and tell your husband it was impressive to see him out there. I honestly have not seen a face with that much confusion and misery on it in a long time! IP MB, when you out of the blue stopped that old man and wished him happy thanksgiving and introduced your self was great! You probabl scared the crap out of him ha! JJ did todays WOD with the vest! He should be FOTY (Fireman of the year). I had so much fun driving around taking pictures getting yelled at by 90 year old parking attendant, she was doing her job and she was not giving me an inch ha! Again watching your surroundings, like everyone that you passed or passed you then got passed again. Their comments were great, like what is crossfit, that is crazy, whats in that bag they are caring, do they have to do that, what are they doing….as usual it goes on and on… CFW you all rock Love you Guys!

I had a great time, the kids did too once we all got in sink with each other, I am proud of every one of them. Mine want to do it again soon!
My husband really got a dose of our inspirations and our encouragements. Thanks so much guys and gals of CFW.
BTW: I have finally done my first kipping yesterday, not just a deadhang but a real kipping. It took me 1 year, 4 months and 8 days. Now the only reason I post this is to never give up! Box Jumps took 1 year (due to my mental fear),rope climbing 7 months, double unders 3 months, I have more planned!I am Thankful for CFW & Friends for the small hills that I have climbed, they have gotten me over some really big life situations. Peace.
