*Clean the bar, return it to the floor, post out and do a push up with hands on barbell.  I.e., the clean replaces the "jump" of the Burpee

    I love the PIC!!! Look at those SPARTAN WOMEN!!!! AWESOME! I wish I had stayed around to see you guys kill it! Andy C Ill be there for the flag football, I can ref, or maybe find some pom poms and cheer ha!!!! Maybe we could have Tony Me Don and IP all cheering on the side, T Me and D cause we're broken and IP cause he knows nothing about sports unless it has to do with CF or riding a bike!
