Great to see so many in the 6a.m. class today! 12 eager crossfitters is the best way to start any week! I want to recognize Seanna and Lauren this morning for spending time after class working on their kipping pullups. I know that when we find our crossfit strengths, its easy to neglect the weaknesses. Identifying and working on skill weaknesses (handstands, the kipping pullup, flexibility, etc) will not only help elimimate some of your weak points, but you’ll also see an improvement in your known strengths as well. Good Stuff this morning!

About yesterdays post. I met John for the first time the other day, and the MARINE spirt that lives inside that patriot is untouchable. During the Split Jerk part of the WOD someone yelled out “Good Job John” he stopped what he was doing and said “dont give me simpathay prasie” , he let me know he is training to get back to where he was and has hopes of getting back in the fight. Not sure if you all remember the 5K we did in the park put on by the UNCW Nursing students for Marine GySgt Edan Pearl, but John was in the Truck with Edan. So I guess you could say small world, and to give you an idea how long John and Edan have been fighting back to recovery we were in the old box when this happened.
