Yes, the rumors are true!
The women of CrossFit Wilmington are doing a 2010 Calendar.
The calendar is a tasteful capture by our own Olympia Flaherty ( of what women can do.
Stand by for details and release dates!
All proceeds from the calendar are going to The Wounded Warrior Project and
The Special Operations Warrior Foundation.
Olympia shoots Maura’s – 37" box jump
CrossFit WOD: 
Overhead Squat  5 – 5 – 5 – 5 – 5
30 – 20 – 10 reps of each for time…

    second, i swear i am not avoiding you guys! getting over a little sickness that turned into bronchitis, so hopefully i can get back in there by the end of the week! i miss crossfit!
