    Happy Belated Birthdays to Big Nathan, Caleb and Tanner. If you are running on Sun., you'll have a blast. I'm coming to support all of you who are there for the first time. It'll be a hoot. And it will end. Promise.

    GO TEAM CROSSFIT! I will be out there cheering you on… and don't forget there is a post workout drink at the end of the race (BEER)! You may think that beer isn't good @ 10AM, but you'll change your mind around mile 10.

    Good Luck to everyone running tomorrow! I hate that I won't be out there with you as I had planned. My grandmother passed this week, therefore, I am out of town. AND I am gonna need major detox and CFW butt kicking when I get back after all this "non-paleo" eating.
