    Props to Jill P for sending that video out on facebook. AWESOME! Tony great post yesterday! I like to think that I have a bad ass inner circle. Funny thing is that I was recovering from the concert all day yesterday and as I sat there recouping and rereading the post, I love the in your face approach that come with crossfit. It got my attention! By the way I don't know if I should be offend or flattered by the RAD NEW Board Shorts comments ha!!!!!

    Hi All! Here is the CrossFit Volleyball schedule just in case any of you want to come out and cheer us on: Oct.29th-6:30pm, Nov. 5th-8:45pm, Nov.12th-8:45pm, Nov.19th-9:45pm, no games Thanksgiving week and our tournament in on Dec.3rd, time TBA!!!
