    Great Oly Lifting class today! We put weight on the Front Squats and everyone hit a PR… David hit 315lbs (BW – 165lbs)!!!
    Great effort on yesterday's WOD all. Glad to see you back in Mere! Zach and Sweaty scaled up today's WOD to 135lbs and still rated the best times! Good stuff everyone.
