  • 50 overhead squats (45lbs – m / 25lbs – f), 10 push ups
  • 40 OHS, 20 PU
  • 20 OHS, 40 PU
  • 10 OHS, 50 PU
  • 25 air squats
  • run 1 mile  

We borrowed the essence of a WoD from Mike and Mandy at CF Camden to create this one.

    um, yeah…so 1st off you know i was serious at this point b/c i had lost my hat…2ndly- from the expression on my face, this must have been taken during a moment i was counting my rocks & trying to figure out how no matter how many rounds i go through the rocks don't slide from left to right fast enough
