    Good Morning all!!! CONGRATS to BRAD, from the Morning CREW for completing the BURPEE Challenge! For those of you that were not aware, Brad just did over 5000 Burpees in 100 days! HUGE! HUGE! That definatly falls under the OMS (Old Man Strength) file! Dawn GREAT Job last nite with the OLY Class! Also good job to all attending the class. Have a great day!

    Sorry I didn't have company on day 100 of the challenge. I guess that means I get to pick the exercise for the next challenge. Thanks RNG for the OMS recognition. Scott – my fellow seasoned member – I can only hope to be in as good a shape you are in a few years.
