Clubs- Hand Release Burpee-Push ups ;
Hearts- Knees to Elbow;
Spades- ab mat sit ups;
Diamonds- walking lunges.
King- 200 meter run,
Queen- Famers walk around building(50/25),
Jack- Jumping Jacks (1,2,3=1rep, 1,2,3 =2rep),
Ace- 1 Ring Muscle up or 1 bmu or  1 c2b,
Joker-100 DU’s
