I am hardworking, competitive spirited, UNCW student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in nursing. My athletic history consists of running track and roughly 10 years of competitive cheerleading, which eventually lead to an additional 4 years of coaching tumbling and cheerleading. Since I aged out of cheerleading, I needed to find an outlet for my competitive drive and that is what helped me discover Crossfit. I began training at CFW in the fall of 2012 where I was welcomed by such knowledgeable and energetic staff. After being there a few weeks, I recognized the support and camaraderie among the members and knew this was the place to help me meet my athletic goals. As a trainer at CFW, I hope to instill that same spirit in other members and am committed to doing so by attending seminars to make myself a better trainer.
Currently, my goals are to eventually make it to the Crossfit Games, travel more and further my education by earning a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing. Outside of the gym I like to spend time with friends and family, relax, and do outdoor activities
