CrossFit Wilmington was the first to introduce the Port City to Paleo and Zone eating. Since, we have tuned and tweaked our diet recommendations to fuel many successes.  Our proven and practical methods have allowed many athletes, military personnel, overweight and sick around the world results they wanted. We are Wilmington’s only BioSignature Practitioners and have more experience with athletic and weight loss nutrition than any other facility in the region. There is so much diet and nutrition advise out there. Most of it is trash and unhealthy, some of it is good, and a bit is spot on. But how do you know what is right for you?
