CrossFit Training


In our CrossFit classes we do a little bit of everything. Our goal is to develop balanced fitness using a variety of proven training methods.   We’ll lift weights, dumbbells, and kettlebells. We’ll pick things up and carry them. You’ll learn to move your body through performing various gymnastics movements like pull ups and bear crawls. And we’ll use traditional aerobic exercises like running and rowing to keep you moving. We combine these elements in various forms and fashions to give you a different workout every day and fight off the boredom often found in traditional gyms.   All of our classes are lead by certified CrossFit coaches who will guide you through the movements of the day. All of our workouts can be adjusted an modified to suit your current abilities, but also to challenge you to be better each day. We have members who range from 15 years old to 70 years old, they all benefit from what we do.   Our goal is balance, so you’ll improve strength, work capacity, and endurance all while losing fat and getting in the best shape of your life!
