EMOM Crossfit Perform the following sequence every minute on the minute (EMOM), adding a sequence every minute until you cannot complete the next sequence Power Snatch (115/85) Burpee over the Bar *1st minute 1 Power Snatch+ 1 Burpee, 2nd minute 2 Power Snatch + 2 Burpees and so on…

The Benchpress offers little athletic applications, does strengthen the shoulders and pectorals and completes the push ROM the shoulder press negates.  Completely removing it from a fitness or strength program can lead to imbalances.

Matt L. finished up the Olympic Weightlifting Course on Saturday. Over the course of the 4 week program Matt was able to increase his Snatch by 35lbs (170lbs) and his Clean & Jerk by 45lbs (220lbs). Great job to Matt and all the participants in the Oly Course
