There will be no CrossFit classes, MIT, or kids care today. We will be hosting the 2015 Wilmington Open. Spectators are welcome to attend! The schedule will be as follows: Women’s Session: 10am Men’s Session 1: Less than 85kg 12:30pm Men’s Session 2: 85kg & above 3:00pm
