Crossfit
In teams of 2, with one partner working at a time, complete the following:

25min AMRAP:
300 Sledgehammer swings 12/8
200 KB Swings 24/16
With the remaining time, AMRAP Thrusters 95/65

*The partner not performing sledgehammer swings/thrusters will be holding a KB (24/16)
*If the KB touches the ground, 20 burpee penalty
