In teams of 3-5, with 2 people working at a time, complete the following for time:

100 Axle Bar Ground to shoulder to overhead (95/65)
800m Sled Pull (+135) with 2 KB’s (24,16)
100 Axle Bar Thrusters (95/65)
800m Run

*** There will be 2 bars per team. Each time a kettlebell touches the ground during the 800m, each team member completes 15 burpees.
