Wilmington Weightlifting Club

Snatch – 90% x 1 x 3
Clean & jerk – 90% x 1 x 3
Front squat – 65% x 2 x 8 (focus on explosiveness up)
Good Morning – 8 reps x 3 sets
Shoulder press – 8 reps x 3 sets
