Run 1 mile For Time

Rest as long as it takes you to run the mile then:

Complete 3 Burpee Box Jump (24,20) for every 30sec it takes you to run the mile followed by 100 flutter kicks.
Wilmington Weightlifting Club

Power clean: 75% x 2 x 5
Clean pull: 95% (of clean) x 3 x 3
Snatch balance:  heavy single
