Partner WOD:
6 Rope Climbs (15′ all)
Partner Pole Carry around CFW – (together)
75 Hand Release Push Ups
150 Air Squats
75 Slamballs
Partner Buddy Carry around CFW – (switch partners as needed)
20 Tire Flips Jump In/Jump Outs – (Tire can be lifted together and both partners jump in/out each rep)
2 Rope Climbs
