Congratulations to everyone that hit new PR’s this week. There were many 20+lb increases on all of the lifts and many shaved a whole minute plus off of their mile time.

Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

Snatch – 90% x 1
Clean & jerk – 90% x 1
Front squat – 95% x 1 x 2
GHD Sit ups 3 x 20
GHD Back extensions 3 x 20
