Sensei Aaron Lawrence will be holding a Self Defense class for the members of CFW on June 20th @6pm. Both women AND men are welcome to attend as this will be an all encompassing session on what tools are available and effective in a self defense situation. As our society deals with a growing number of people resorting to acts of violence and physical intimidation it is up to you the individual to actively seek and train to have the capacity to defend yourself and your family in any type of violent situation. YOU already come to Crossfit Wilmington to practice your own personal self defense against obesity, heart disease, and mediocrity. So, is it time for you to also learn and train to protect yourself and your loved ones from a violent attack?
This class will last about 2 hrs and will include 80% physical training and 20% Q&A. Please wear what you would wear to work out in and be ready to sweat. The cost for this class is only $20. If we get more than 10 people we will cut it off and schedule another class ASAP.Sensei Aaron Lawrence has critical experience in teaching Martial Arts and Self Defense to Women, Men, Special Forces and Children. He is holding this class to generate more awareness in the public of the realities of personal violence and the need for a basic understanding of how to protect oneself.
