Farmer Walk w/ KB (24/16)
50 KB Front Squats (24/16)*
50 Shoulder Press w/ plate from prowler (45/25)*
50 KB Swings (24/16)*
50 Mountain Climbers*
Prowler Push/ Farmer Walk back to gym
Prowler Push and Farmers walk are done at the same time with partner’s switching exercises as needed.
* Each person completes the required amount of reps for Front Squat through Mountain Climbers
