“Fight Gone Bad”

Wallball (20/14)
SDLHP (75/55)
Box Jump (20″)
Push Press (75/55)
Row for calories

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    Yayy!! My first picture!! Thanks guys!! I am loving crossfit, the wonderful instruction and the extra push. Thanks to Josh and Taylor for pushing me on this workout, I think that was the most weight I have done! This FGB sounds scary :-)

    Some peoples’ enthusiasm and smile are infectious… Ms. Taryn is one of those folks for sure. She’s only been at CFW for a month… she giddily told me she’s leaning out already and down a pant size. Congrats and thanks Taryn.
