I just wanted to send a shout out to you guys and all of the instructors at CFW. I ran a 5K this morning, and it wasn’t an all time PR, however, it was the fastest I have run a 5K in a few years! I’ve been doing a little bit of running on my own over the last few months, but not a lot…..mostly consistency with CF. This week was a boost for me, three PR’s in Deadlift, Bench Press, and Shoulder Press….and to top it off, a well run 5K today. I’m not trying to boast, I’m just excited and really want to thank you all and the staff for such excellent programming and instruction. I really do appreciate everything you’ve all done to help me out, especially over the last several months, with helping me modify workouts and getting me into S&C, to let my back heal. It’s great to be doing more CF workouts again and feel more confident!
Open Gym on Wednesday isn’t only for Open Gym Members. Class members are urged Get in here on Wednesdays to work on technique of the things you are weak on, detox in the Sauna, and/or do self massage with the rollers and Lacrosse Balls. Take the time to do these things and your fitness, mobility and health will all benefit greatly.
