On Saturday, January 12th Muscle Driver USA team member and former WSC Instructor James Tatum will be visiting CFW to teach an Olympic Weightlifting Seminar. James started his Olympic Weightlifting journey here at CFW and is now training with some of the top Olympic Weightlifters in the country under coach Glenn Pendlay. Below are some of his training videos and a brief outline of the Seminar.
Joining James will be training partner and fellow MDUSA teammate Travis Cooper. Travis has been a competitor at the National level for 7 years, and has coached lifters at a national level for the past 3 years. He is one of the few weightlifters to be able to say that he has trained at the Olympic Training Center, LSUS, California Strength, and MDUSA for an extended period of time. Check out Travis training below.
Whether you are just a beginner or want to improve your technique/knowledge of the lifts, this seminar will surely benefit you. You will not become an expert at the Snatch and Clean & Jerk in one day, but you will have the opportunity to train with one! The Seminar will be from 9am-5pm with a one hour lunch break. Cost is $80.
