Ladies…
Tonight, from 5:45 until 8pm, the Women of CFW will host an impromptu book exchange in the Joro Yoga classroom.  If you have a book you believe another lady will benefit from reading, bring it in and trade it for one another lady benefitted from.  No book?  No problem.  Find one at the exchange.  This get together is a great chance to meet women from other class times and network with other strong women who value their health and appreciate their strengths.

Jocelyn performs dips with full range of motion in Tuesday’s workout. Full range of motion develops maximum strength through the pec, shoulders, and triceps.

800m Run/ 30 KB Swings (24/16)
3 Minute Rest
800m Run/ 30 Wall Ball (20/16)
3 Minute Rest
800m Run/ 100 Double Unders
3 Minute Rest
800m Run/ 20 Burpee Over Ab Mat

    This workout looks like fun except for the wallballs…I still have nightmares about those. Haha

    I like the idea of our ladies doing healthy events (as opposed to drink fests). It’s a great opportunity for our young ladies to socialize and network with our women who’ve more experience in life, motherhood, the gym/training or whatever. We have so many VERY successful women who train here… heck, I’d like to see what they’re reading.
