Sign-ups will start today and run through this Friday. We will divide the gym into teams of 8-10 consisting of CFW Instructors and Members. Each week you will compete in 2-3 workouts and be scored / ranked by your team’s overall performance (and participation) on each WOD. The workouts will have built in scalability, so everyone can compete. Sign-up sheets will be located in the lobby. Team’s will be drawn on Saturday.
