Clair maxing out on a 51" box jump. A little Thursday fun.

Crossfit
Split Jerk
*PVC, work up to 95/65

3 rounds for time. . .
10 snatch grip deadlift (185/115)
400 m sprint
20 hand release push ups

    To all open gym members: don’t skip out on the oly skill work during these next few weeks. If you have questions or need someone to look at your form grab an instructor and we will be happy to help. It’s what we are here for. The skill work is just as important as heavy lifting.     Scratch my post from yesterday. I’m keeping the size 10 Inov-8 F-lite 195′s and have a pair of 10.5 up for sale if anyone is interested. Like I said, I paid $115 for them and if no one is interested I’ll just ship them back. I thought I would give a fellow CFW member a chance to grab them versus having to order them. Let me know.

    True story: I arrive at the airport and put my suitcases full of books on the scale like they weighed nothing (one was 58#, the other 53#). The sky hop looks at me and asks “what gym do you work out at?” I proudly replied: “CrossFit Wilmington!” Miss ya’ll already!
