    Crossfit Wilmington!!!!!!
    This is AJ from Crossfit ACT….I am currently serving in Afghanistan and there is this crazy ex-Recon Marine from Crossfit Wilmington that kicks my ass every night. He has a huge beard and is a complete Maniac. Please tighten up the reins on him…my body can’t take much more abuse.

    AJ… he likes Ice Cream. Distract him with Baskin Robbins, he’ll eat too much and go into an coma. Shave his beard… and head too while you’re at it. It may not change much, but it’ll be funny.

    The video displays Cody and Caleb’s dedication to learning the lifts correctly. 185lbs is heavy to anyone for 30 Snatch, those two barely weigh in at 185lbs. Good stuff.

    Damn T…..way to hook a brother up haha!!! Its good belive it or not I had Ice Cream only once while being out here, AJ on the other hand, twice a day. That is why we are having a PALEO class tonight. T thanks for the Power Point I can only hope I cover the topic as well as you.

    Here I sit, after 17 days on the road missing home. Sitting by myself in an airport. The only thing that could possibly cheer me up is knowing tomorrows WOD. I’m just sayin….. I miss it!!!!
